Before & After

This patient came in complaining of the non carious cervical lesions. She was not interested in periodontal surgery or in closing the black triangle between her centrals. Instead, she elected to do bonding with the idea that she will do veneers in the future.

With the help of an oral surgeon we were able to restore this patient to full form and function with a double all on four implant surgery. The photo showing him smiling is how he walked out of our office the day of the surgery.

Patient presented with severe periodontal disease and infections. After periodontal scaling and root planing, root canals, and extractions his teeth were prepped for an 8 unit bridge. The patient walked out in temporaries and will return later for the final restorations.
